The Henry Big Boy Mare’s Leg is a lever-action pistol manufactured in the spirit and style of the iconic sidearm carried by Steve McQueen in the classic TV Western “Wanted: Dead or Alive.” Built in the USA to Henry’s exacting standards, it is a modified variation of the Big Boy .45 Colt rifle designed for holster carry with the rapid-fire capability of a lever-action.

It features a select handcrafted American walnut stock cut to the exact specification of the original television prop, a large-loop lever for fast operation, and the legendary crisp Henry action. The 12.9-inch octagon blued steel barrel is paired with a polished hardened brass receiver and brass buttplate. Fully adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sights with diamond insert and a brass bead front sight provide a classic sight picture. Capacity is 5 rounds of .45 Colt in the tubular magazine. Overall length is 25 inches with a weight of 5.79 pounds. The receiver is drilled and tapped, and a transfer bar safety is standard.
